Animation 1 Keyframing 3/18-3/25
On March 18th & 19th we began our Animation Unit. There will be 4 different types of animation that we will be learning this semester. The first on is Keyframing animation. On the 18th and 19th students watched an YouTube video that explains the basics of Keyframing animation. (Link to video---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gljwfx-_s9I ) Then as a class we explored keyframing animation and things to look for when creating a realistic animation. At the end of the first class, students began working on their keyframing animation 1 reading tutorial.
On March 20th & 21st students finished their reading tutorial on Keyframing Animation 1 and began creating an object of their own to animate. Requirements below.

CV Curves
Today students will be working on plotting points and revolving them around a center point. Students can use a variety of curve tools but today we will be focusing on the CV curve tool. As a class we will do a few trial revolutions and then students will begin working on plotting their own points before moving on to their CV curve lesson.
Table Mini Lesson
Tuesday and Wednesday will be dedicated to designing a table. There aren't any instructions for the tables, you must use your imagination and use what you have learned thus far. This is like a test--You are showing me that you know how to: create, manipulate, move, scale, rotate, duplicate and add color. These are things you should be comfortable with by now.
You have one class period to complete your Table Designs. When you are finished- drop it into the "Table" dropbox on Cole.
